Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data via Clerk, our authentication provider.
Uploaded Files
Files you upload are stored securely on our servers (via Supabase). We do not inspect the contents of your files except where required by law or to enforce our Terms.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., page views, feature usage) via Vercel Speed Insights to help us improve the service. This data does not identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the SendOnce service.
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., upload confirmations, link notifications).
- To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse.
- To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
3. File Storage and Deletion
Files are stored in Supabase storage and are automatically deleted when their configured expiration is reached, or when you manually revoke a link. Once deleted, files are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party providers who process it on our behalf:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Vercel — hosting and performance analytics
- Upstash — rate limiting and caching
5. Cookies
SendOnce uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and rate limiting. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
