By creating an account or using SendOnce, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SendOnce provides a secure, temporary file-sharing service that allows users to upload files and generate auto-expiring download links. Files may optionally be protected with a passcode. We also offer "receive links" that allow others to send files directly to you.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
• You must not upload files that contain malware, illegal content, or material that violates any applicable law.
• You must not use SendOnce to distribute spam, phishing materials, or any content that infringes on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. File Retention and Expiration

Files uploaded to SendOnce are subject to automatic deletion based on the expiration settings selected at upload time. We do not guarantee the availability of files beyond their configured expiration. We reserve the right to remove any file at any time without notice if it violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading files, you grant SendOnce a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve the files solely for the purpose of providing the service. SendOnce's brand, logo, and platform code remain the exclusive property of SendOnce.

6. Limitation of Liability

SendOnce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or loss of business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
